MSU StratCom Network

An important aspect of the MSU Strategic Communication Online M.A. is connection. It's the ability for students to connect with classmates, as well as alumni from the program and from the College of Communication Arts and Sciences. These networking opportunities often happen in and out of the "classroom."

As an MSU graduate, we’d truly appreciate it if you would share your expertise with us. Below are opportunities to consider. These are spaces where you can offer your knowledge, wisdom and know-how to fellow Spartans or be the recipient of MSU StratCom resources.

If you are interested in any of these areas, contact MSU StratCom Program Director Jason Archer.

Your knowledge, advice, insight and expertise is so valued. Consider sharing that career advice during a virtual panel, one-on-one coaching session or other kinds of mentoring opportunities with our MSU StratCom students.

Webinars and virtual meetups are our main sources of connection with current and prospective students. In addition to informational webinars, we offer topic-based webinars where we feature someone who can offer their expertise on a particular subject. Have something you’d like to present on? We’d love to plan out a webinar that features you and your expertise. Here is an example of a topic-based webinar we’ve hosted.

We've developed a team of stars inside and outside the academy to offer consultation to and development of your leadership teams. From helping develop a crisis communication plan, evaluating internal and external communication strategies, developing culture and values, and mentoring executives, we can customize a map by first listening and then collaborating on something to serve your organization best. Let's talk about what your organization needs and if we could serve you in a meaningful capacity. Learn more here.
