Get hands-on experience with technology to quickly create concept art for games with award-winning artist Ricardo Guimaraes! Concept art is essential for communicating the direction your game is going in, which supports stronger game development and can even open doors for funding your ideas.

Ricardo Guimaraes is a concept designer and illustrator with extended work experience at the entertainment industry. He is a Professor of Practice at MSU in Media and Information. Ricardo’s illustrations have been showcased at ImagineFX Magazine, Ballistic Publishing’s EXOTIQUE and Photoshop Creative, among many others. His clients include Blizzard Entertainment, Square Enix, Ubisoft, Tangentleman, Ghost VFX, and more. He teaches courses in collaboration with the Games for Entertainment and Learning (GEL) Lab, including Concept Design.
