Anne Marie presents key milestones in her career through the lens of her current role at RAPP. She compares career journey to agency’s customer journey methodology (the Affinity Loop) and key principles of the methodology: key journey stages, inflection points, catalytic change from path-to-progress to path-to-passion. She then highlights a few key inflection points of career journey that helped shape, inform and guide decision making; embracing change of every type.

After framing up these concepts, she glues them together by demonstrating how to create a personal Experience Strategy: Moving from an Employee Mindset (path-to-progress) to a Career Entrepreneur (path-to-passion). Merri Jo Bales takes some time to discuss key concepts and facilitates live Q&A from the audience. Anne Marie also provides several important resources she references to download and utilize.
