The teaching fellows create a community of scholarly, evidence-based teaching in order to develop mentorship around teaching. Their main duties are to:

Create a pipeline to university opportunities (e.g. Lily Fellows, Adams Fellows, etc.)

Share teaching practices and information regarding teaching

Develop a project to improve the culture around teaching, promote student success, a new initiative, etc.

Develop and incorporate teaching/student success initiatives
