Her research focuses on consumer psychology and advertising effectiveness, with an emphasis on how individuals process persuasive messages and how marketing communications shape consumer responses. For her dissertation, she is currently examining how consumers evaluate influencer communications and the mechanisms through which perceived authenticity affects persuasion outcomes.
