Mission: Diverse Voices in Communication Student Association (DVC) empowers, supports, and protects students on the campus of Michigan State University. We are here to provide fellowship, but also to provide a sense of awareness within the student body on issues of race, gender, sexuality, disability, and culture. Our collective goal is to create change in the community and on campus through communication.
Vision: To serve as an outlet and a safe space for students who hold marginalized identities. Those identities could be represented as Black, Latinx, Asian, Native American, LGBTQ+, etc. We will host forums, panels, meetings, and activities that align with our mission of empowering, supporting, and protecting diversity.
