Aris Bailey

Aris Bailey serves as the Office Supervisor for the College of Communication Arts and Sciences Advising Office at Michigan State University. She oversees the administrative operations of the office, supports the advising team, and is committed to creating a welcoming, student-centered environment that helps students navigate their academic journey.

Before joining the College of Communication Arts and Sciences, Aris worked within Residence Education and Housing Services, where she developed extensive experience in student services, office management, and process improvement. She enjoys finding ways to make administrative processes more efficient while ensuring students receive high-quality support.

A proud Spartan, Aris earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Michigan State University and is passionate about supporting student success and contributing to the university community.
