In early June, faculty and graduate students from Michigan State University’s College of Communication Arts and Sciences will travel to Cape Town, South Africa, to present their research at the 76th annual International Communication Association conference.

The ICA conference will take place June 2-9, 2026, in a hybrid format, with sessions offered both virtually and in person. The in-person portion will be held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre and The Westin Cape Town.
