Dr. Eduardo Nakasone is an assistant professor in the Department of Agricultural, Food, and Re- source Economics and the Department of Media and Information at Michigan State University. He also holds a concurrent appointment as an A liated Researcher at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) in Washington, DC.
