Fridays 11:45 a.m. - 12 p.m. for MSU CommArtsSci students, faculty, and staff.

Offered by Carrie Heeter, these 10 minute yoga-based meditations are designed to be done seated comfortably in a chair with eyes closed.

Research shows that meditation can help quiet the mind, relax the body, and reduce the risk of burnout.
