Please join us this Friday, January 19th for a proseminar talk given by Dave Ewoldsen from the Department of Media and Information. The talk will be from 3-3:50pm in CAS 151.

Affiliation and Violent Video Games

Research suggests playing violent video games increases hostility. Surveys find people like to play violent video games in groups. The research he will discuss addresses why people would want to play violent games in groups when playing violent games seems to make us jerks.
