Maddie Barnes

  • Advertising + Public Relations

Maddie Barnes is a second year undergraduate student majoring in advertising and minoring in public relations. She recently joined the research team in November, and enjoys the challenge and insight she receives from working with (mostly) doctoral and master's students. She is excited to begin her first research endeavor by examining digital aggression through a traditional aggression lens, and later test how visual anonymity effects the expression of such aggression. Maddie also works as an usher at the Wharton Center, is a member of MSU's PRSSA chapter, and dances with MSU's Orchesis in her free time. She hopes to graduate in May of 2018, and work in the entertainment public relations field.

Key Research Interest
